Although I intend to make the discussion understandable to 
those who do not have an access to Live Meeting or IRC, 
such mechanisms would help, for example, when a group of 
volunteers in WG4 together explain its homework.

Shawn, is it easy to set up Live Meeting for WG4?  Since 
this is not going to be extremely important, don't spend 
too much time on this.

Before the first teleconf, I tried to find a free IRC 
server.  I was not able to find a good one.  Does somebody 
have any recommendations?
