I believe the intent of the change was to keep the meaning -- and precision -- of the example the same pre/post BRM6.  So, the pre-BRM6 example showed 10000 which was equivalent to 10.000%.  Given they're just examples, I'd be happy to change these.  I'll take a note.

It doesn't make sense to show integer percentage values with several zero decimal digits in examples. I propose to change 10.000% and 100.000% to 10% and 100%. And similar change should be made in DR 08-0003.
