Type ST_TextBulletSizePercent was originally derived from xs:int.
Lexical space for xs:int allows leading (insignificant) zeros. This should be reflected in proposed xs:pattern for value matching. "0*"
should be added to the start of RE presented on line 21 and similar change should be reflected in the schemas.
