Yes, there was a problem when I merged documents.  I'll see what I can do about bringing the redlining back.

Third,

	The xsd:unsignedInt datatype (NEW). 

should read

	The xsd:unsignedInt datatype. 

Fourth,

	"0*(([0-9][0-9])|100)%"/

should be

	"0*(([0-9]?[0-9])|100)%"/

Fifth, in which subclasue is ST_IntegerPosPercentage defined?
There is a schema fragment, but no prose.

Sixth, redlinig for s:ST_GUID appears to be incorrect.  
"ST_IntegerPosNumberOrPercent appears in the next line.
(The same error in redlining happens several times.)
