Revised 29500 W3C Schemas

Which version of .NET validator are you using?  I looked up some information regarding duplicate ID attributes and I thought it had been fixed in the latest version, but perhaps not ...

This problem may also be caused by incorrectly handled circular includes, where the same attribute of type ID on the same element is being double counted.
