As announced in [jtc1sc34 72], a revised version of the logistical 
information for the WG4/WG5 Okinawa meeting is available at:

Please make a hotel reservation by 22 December using the form linked
from the above document.

If the appreciation of Japanese Yen is a problem, you might want 
to share a room with one of your colleagues.  In that case, 
please indicate the name of that cooleague.  Then, the accommodation 
fee per night is 6700 yen per night.
