Very minor nit-pick regarding this action item: 

Action: Rex to remove the trailing "s" from "mains" in the root namespaces in FPDAM Part 1 entry 44, and
FPDAM Part 4 entry 46.

Actually, Part 1 is already correct ( the new PURL syntax ends with "main", as intended ).  On Part 4 is incorrect, as it ends in "mains", which was intended to be "main" ).
