Using PURLs for OOXML namespace names

I have just created a domain "ooxml". PURLs in this domain will look
like http://purl.oclc.org/ooxml/....

If you would like to create PURLs in this domain, please create and
account there and e-mail it to me. I'll then add that account to the
access control list.

We can create "opc" at any time when we want. It appears that
every standard OPC or MCE namespace name now begins with
"http://schemas.openxmlformats.org" as does every standard namespace
name in Parts 1 or 4. If we preserve the current structure, we simply
replace "http://schemas.openxmlformats.org" by "http://purl.oclc.org/ooxm"
and get rid of "2006" for every namespace.
