Free SVN hosting service

Dear colleagues,

I tried https://xp-dev.com/.  It is free and supports
svn.  But I find it a bit too slow.

I am now trying assembla.com.   It is much faster.
It is not fee, but it isn't expensive.  I can afford it.

assembla.com provides two issue trackingsytesms: trac
and the  Assembla Integrated Ticket Tool.  It might be a good
idea to use one of them as our issue tracking system.

If we use svn for schema maintenance, I think that
schema fragments should be removed from our future
DR log and that we should embed URIs of changeset
web pages such as:

https://code.assembla.com/ooxml-schemas/subversion/changesets/4

https://code.assembla.com/ooxml-schemas/subversion/changesets/5
