This is up to the choice of subversion branches.  If we create a branch 
for each DR, we get a set of individual differences for the changes made
on a per DR basis.

For this DR, the old schema document has to contain a collection of
schemas and the new schema document has to contain the same-but-changed collection. 
Then, MS Office will create a change-tracked schema document for this 
collection of schemas.
