DR 09-0322 - OPC: Types

Dear colleagues,

I intend to move this DR to LAST CALL by adopting

> relationship type - a URI used to identify the type of a relationship

...

> relationship - A connection between a source part and a target part in a package. 
>                     (See also Package Relationships.)

I believe that the definition of a term is required to be a nown phrase. 
These definitions look fine to me.
