My comments on DR 10-0001

Murata-san,

If we were to implement my proposals on the 8601 profiling, this would be the case anyway. I did not make any exception for this invalid date within the allowed value space.

Jesper,

It appears to me that Chris is concerned about not changing
the semantics of formulas (e.g., "1900-02-28" + 2 = "1900-03-01")
and that you are concerned about disallowing "1900-02-29" as
an ISO8601 cell value.

Can we make both of you happy? For example, is it possible
to keep the dateCompatibility attribute while explicitly
disallowing "1900-02-29" as an ISO8601 cell value?

Cheers,
Makoto
