Proposal to create an amendment for MS Office 2010 extensions

Dear colleagues,

I am writing this mail on behalf of the Japanese SC34 mirror.

Japan proposes to standardize MS Office 2010 extensions, and use NVDL 
for combining 29500 schemas and extension schemas.  The attached
document will soon become a WG4 numbered document.
