New namespaces in examples of amended Part1 are inherited by Part 4

#23, #50, #82, #96, #119, #123, #128, and so forth in the Part 1 FPDAM1 make 
examples use new namespace names.  At present, the Part 4 FPDAM1 says nothing 
about these examples.  Should we say something about reinterpreting these 
examples using new namespace names?
