DR 10-0037 - WML: Over-permissive content model not documented

I think it's not a duplicate, but is another instance of the same kind of thing.

As I understand it, 09-0305 applied to the <sdtPr> element; this new DR applies to the <docPartPr> element (and they have different underlying complex types).
