Custom XML Defect Reports Batch

Dear colleagues,

17.15.1.81  smartTagType (Supplementary Smart Tag Information)  of Part
1 has three attributes, namely:
   w:name (ST_String),
   w:namespaceuri (ST_String), and
   w:url (ST_String).

Should we use xsd:anyURI for the second and third and xsd:NCName for the
first?  I am wondering if I should submit another DR.
