Visa for SC 34/WG meetings in Beijing, CN, in December

Hi all, I recently got my invitation from CESI, which required me to fill out all the information on the meeting registration form. Tomorrow, I will go in person to the Chinese Embassy here in Washington DC to get a visa.

 

Note that one of the questions on the visa application form is “Phone Number of Your Contact”; however, there were no phone numbers on the logistics documents. I since received the following from our hosts:

Subject: Re:What is your telephone number at CESI

 

Dear Rex Jaeschke,

      The telephone number is also the same as the fax number. : )

       And you can also fill another telephone number: +86  10 8402 9795.
