MCE questions

Jesper,

I think that it is risky to simply skip incorrect data in
unselected/ignored subtrees, since other applications
will select such subtrees and encounter troubles.
I really do not allow incorrect use of MCE elems/atts
in unselected/ignored subtrees.

I also do not think that simply skipping incorrect
data is easier. The MCE processor already has
to examine every element in ignored subtrees
since @processContent might exist and force
the MCE processor to stop ignoring.

Cheers,
Makoto
