Tracking schema changes - sample output

I've managed to come up with a semi-automated process for creating WordprocessingML versions of schema changes that are checked into the SVN repository. Basically you have to:

* Find the correct checkin in the SVN repository log viewer
* Use "show changes as unified diff"
* Copy-paste the displayed diff into MS Word
* Run my magic macro

I'm happy to do this for the moment whenever we need it - a sample variant of these changes is attached. Does anyone have any objections to this format? If not I'll go ahead and build the change log for the DRs that are currently awaiting schema.
