The DR log has been updated

Dear colleagues,

DR 11-0020 proposes schema changes.  (BTW, page numbers in this DR
are not based on the consolidated text.)  Since they look correct,
I committed the changes to the repository.  See

I still do not understand the schema changes shown in DR11-0021.
