Thanks Caroline,

1. Clearly, the non-existent subclause §1.3.1 is wrong. It also appears that
the proposed replacement, §9.3.1 (Relationships Part), is the right one to
use instead.

2. After a search on the text "relationship part", I see three different
spellings: relationship part, Relationship part, and Relationship Part.
While I agree that the existing text should have an "s" after the first
word, as to which of the three spellings it should have is probably best
deferred. How about I add a trailing "s" and create an editorial DR that
asks for rationalization of the spellings and then set its status to
"Deferred to a Future Revision"?
