Hi all –
The core of this DR is that “Ignore” is used in the tables in Part 2, Annex C but it is not defined even though the other table values are.  I’ve attached a change that add a definition for Ignore, as well as the standard numbered mandatory conformance requirement.  There was some discussion about this yesterday, so perhaps this is the basis for a bit more.
