DRAFT 0.91 of the MCE Spec

Folks,

I am going to send a few more e-mails about this draft, but
this mail proposes two minor changes.

1) Move the only para in 7.1 after the itemized list in 10.1, and
remove Clause 7.

2) In 10.5 (Step 4), add a note:

[Note   With the exception of those in application-defined extension elements,
elements and attributes in the output document belong to understood
namespaces. end note]
