I have always thought that Annex H. (informative)
Guidelines for Meeting Conformance in 29500-2 should
be dropped.  This is because it simply restates what is
said in the body of this part.

If we improve the body of this part, I think that it will become
clear that this Annex is not needed, as I see it.  Let's discuss
in Seattle.
