XAdES element names

I have compared the element names of the existing version of
XAdES and those of the upcoming version.

Namespaces have changed, but element local names are almost
idetical.  The only exceptions are:

ByName -> By
CountryName -> Country
X509IssuerName -> X509Issuer

No elements have been added or dropped.  Some
elements are moved to different namespaces.
