@val in strict WML

Dear colleagues,

Many elements in strict WML allow the val attribute.
But they are not explained by attribute tables.  They
are defined by schemas only.

Although the attribute name is always "val", depending
the element, this attribute has different data types.  It
is sometimes required, and sometimes optional.

I would like to discuss this topic in the upcoming F2F.
