I think that using unqualified attributes for Strict if Strict is put<br>
into a new namespace is of very high-priority. If naming is going to be<br>
changed radically it should be done only once and completely. This topic<br>
was already briefly discussed in e-mail and I'm going to file detailed<br>
DR within next few days.<br>
