<p>Japan proposes to create amendments or revisions of ISO/IEC
29500 for standardizing the Microsoft Office OOXML extensions shown

<p>Japan believes that standardization as part of ISO/IEC 29500
improves the quality of these specifications and ensures better
maintenance.</p>
<p>Japan proposes to use NVDL for combining the schemas in 29500 and
the schemas in the above four documents. A prototypical NVDL script
for combining the 29500 schemas and the schema (which we call <code>WE.xsd</code>)
in [MS-DOCX] is attached.</P
<p>Four schemas, namely <code>mceAtt.rnc, mceElem.rnc, nested.nvdl</code> and
<code>wml.nvdl</code>, in the attached zip file are derived from the second NVDL
script in 29500-3. But <code>wml.nvdl</code> is then modified so that elements
valid against <code>WE.xsd</code> are allowed as children of <code>rpr, settings, sdtPr,
p</code>, and <code>tr</code> elements.</p>
