XAdES specifications [1] and [2] from ETSI define XAdES signatures,<br>
but they do not describe creation and validation of XAdES disnagures.<br>
They are covered by a separate specification [3], which applies to<br>
CAdES, PAdES, and XAdES.<br>

I think that our revision of OPC should reference these specs (after<br>
they become ETSI ENs).<br>
