Much of the confusion would be cleared up by changing the heading of §17.5.2.9 to “docPart (Glossary Document Entry Reference)”, and in the narrative text of §17.5 changing all instances of “document part” to “glossary document entry”.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Generally, I agree with Murata-san that changes are mostly not needed to disambiguate other elements that have different meanings and content models in different contexts. However, there are some exceptions.
