Actually, we have no basis for delaying contribution of this document to 
SC34.  Our maintenance agreement with JTC1 was to contribute what we 
approve in OASIS.  So I'll be notifying the Secretariat of this 
contribution as soon as the errata are published.

Of course, if SC34 wants to keep DCOR2 circling the airport for a while, 
that is their business.  But that won't prevent us from contributing it.
