Announcement and draft agenda for a face-to-face meeting in Prague, 2010-03-31

Dear members of WG 6

 

My apologies for being late in circulating an announcement and draft agenda
for a face-to-face meeting in Prague during the week of SC 34 Working Group
and Plenary meetings at the end of March.

 

The SC 34 Plenary is scheduled for the afternoon of 2010-04-01. WG 1 is
scheduled to meet between 09:00 and 13:00 on 2010-03-31. I therefore propose
that WG 6 should meet from 14:00 to 17:30 (local time) on 2010-03-31. I do
not anticipate that we will have a huge amount of business to discuss, so a
half-day meeting should be sufficient. An afternoon meeting will facilitate
remote participation by experts in North and South America who are unable to
travel to Prague for the meeting. If the venue is the same as on our
previous visit to Prague in 2009, there will be good facilities for
teleconferencing.

 

If you wish to propose an alternative date or time for this face-to-face
meeting, please let me know. I know that WG 4 is proposing meet for three
days, 2010-03-28 - 2010-03-30. WG 2 proposes to meet from 09:00 on
2010-03-30 to 13:00 on 2010-03-31.
