Hi Francis,

Thanks for checking with Kimura-san.  But we need a bit more than our 
committee's access to the documents.  Committee work at OASIS is fully 
open and transparent.  All documents and mailing lists are publicly 
accessible.  So having the CMS password, even if shared among ODF TC 
members, would not be sufficient.   Ultimately the individual defects 
would be added to our JIRA issue tracking system, where they would be 
public.  The same is true of any draft response we prepare.  So if we're 
to comment on the defect report we need the defect report to be public, or 
(alternatively) for the substance of the defect report to be made public 
in some other form. 

In other words, we have no mechanism to receive, discuss or resolve a 
confidential defect report.
