IMHO this is at the application layer/level, i.e. it shouldn't be
a part of ISO standardisation?
How to validate interop between n implementations of zip when you're specifying
internal aspects of such an implementation.
Hi risk IMHO, If users want it, then store such information
within the zip, using standardized access methods, that keeps
the 'internals' implementation dependent and all parties happy.
IRI's into zip? No thanks.
