"The Namespace Discussion" on ISO/IEC 29500

Dear colleagues,

DR 08-0012 ("Supposedly incorrect schema namespace names") from
Switzerland has significant impacts on implementations and documents.

There have been extensive discussions about this DR in the past.  
In Prague, volunteers in WG4 worked very hard and successfully 
created a discussion document.  It is now available at SC34 N1194.

This document is going to be the most important document for our 
first teleconference.  WG4 attendees are encouraged to read it 
carefully.
