Latest 29500 DR log has been sent for posting

Hi all,

I just shipped the latest DR log to Ecma in Geneva for it to be made an
official WG4 document.

My assumption is that we'll continue to have WG4 teleconferences every 2
weeks except when we have a F2F meeting. On that basis, I intend to
distribute a revised DR log every 2 weeks, on weeks alternating the calls.

Each time I publish a revised DR log, the clock will start counting down on
the DR's having the status "Last Call". And given that I plan on issuing
revised logs every 2 weeks, that means members will have no more than 2
weeks to raise objections to any "Last Call" response. If they don't, I'll
change those responses to "Closed" in that next revision.

64 DRs now have the status "Last Call"; they are: 08-0010, 09-0015, 09-0076,
09-0077, 09-0078, 09-0079, 09-0080, 09-0081, 09-0082, 09-0083, 09-0084,
09-0085, 09-0086, 09-0087, 09-0088, 09-0089, 09-0090, 09-0091, 09-0093,

09-0108, 09-0109, 09-0110, 09-0111, 09-0112, 09-0113, 09-0114, 09-0115,

Once you see the DR log has been posted on the document website, please
review all the changes. If you have reasons to challenge the "Last Call"
status of any DR, please state them on this email list.
