Same change should be alse mode in definition of ST_DepthPercentPercent,
ST_HPercentPercent, ST_TextScalePercent, ST_IntegerPosPercentage,
ST_GapAmountPercent, ST_PerspectivePercent, ST_SecondPieSizePercent,
ST_HoleSizePercent, ST_LblOffsetPercent, ST_OverlapPercent ("0*" should
be added after "-?" in this case) and ST_BubbleScalePercent  in DR 09-0033.
