l (Lightness)

Specifies a lightness as fixed percentage in 1000ths of a percent when no percent sign is included in the value or as percent when a percent sign is present as a percentage. The values range from [-100%, 100%].

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_FixedPercentage simple type (§xx).

s (Saturation)

Specifies a saturation as fixed percentage in 1000ths of a percent when no percent sign is included in the value or as percent when a percent sign is present as a percentage. The values range from [-100%, 100%].
