I agree. In Item 7 I'll change,
"Members then spent considerable time formulating and discussing the
questions we need to address in order to make a plan going forward. Those
questions are as follows:"
To
"Members spent considerable time discussing possible ways to move our work
forward in the best possible way.
To frame the discussion, a list of (knowingly provocative) questions was
made. The intent of the list was to jump-start the discussion and minimize
the possibility of omitting key issues.

Generally the minutes look just fine to me.
I do have a suggestion to the introduction to item 7 on the agenda:
I would suggest the paragraph before the list of questions be changed to:
"Members spent considerable time discussing possible ways to move our work
with ISO/IEC 29500 forward in the best possible way.
To frame the discussion, a list of (provocative) questions was made. The
intent of the list was to jump-start the discussion and minimize the
possibility of missing key issues.
These questions were:"
(possible with any 'English' grammatical errors fixed by you)
My concern is that the current text could be conceived as a definitive list
providing a definitive answer.
