Proposed DCOR1 set changes to Parts 1 and 4 based on Part 2 and 3 comments from FR

Based on Mohamed suggestion and Shawn's endorsement, I propose the following additions to the COR1 set:

The corrections proposed by P2-FR-0001, P2-FR-0002, P3-FR-0001, and P3-FR-0002 (in the Normative References remove the repeated name of Eve Maler, and make Tim Bray one person) should also be applied to the corresponding entries in Parts 1 and 4.
