Revising the agenda for the teleconf on 7/16

Dear colleagues,

In SC 34 N 1232, I wrote:

However, in my understanding, there will be no technical submissions
about ISO8601 or attribute unqualification.  On the other hand, there 
are quite a few other issues.  So, I would like to propose a different 
agenda.

1. Opening of the Meeting (13GMT)
2. Roll Call of Participants
3. Adoption of the Agenda
4. Approval of the Minutes of the CPH Meeting
5. Proposals for new amendments (see my mail "Procedural proposals for 
   ISO8601 dates and attribute unqualification")
6. Review of the draft DCORs and FPDAMs
6.1 Allowing serial date values in Part 4
6.2 %-related DR: DCORs or FPDAMs?
6.3 Rationales for changing the "strict" namespaces while preserving
   transitional namespaces (Note: Volunteers are very welcome!)
6.4 DR-09-0276: Schema locations
6.5 DR-09-0233: VallISO
6.6 Bugs in XSD schemas
7. Any Other Business
8. Adjournment (15GMT)
