DR 09-0075: WML, Simple Types: ST_TextDirection conflict between attribute values

Here is my proposed response for this defect report:

DR 09-0075 - WML, Simple Types: ST_TextDirection conflict between attribute values
Part 1, §17.18.93 will be updated as follows:

rlV (Lines Flow From Right to Left Rotated)

Specifies that text in the parent object shall be oriented vertically, flowing from right to left horizontally on the page.

This means that vertical lines are filled before the text expands horizontally.

This flow is also rotated such that text which is not in an East Asian script is rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise when displayed on a page.
