Shawn,

I would like to change all 402 instances of "content type" but I think
that the right decision depends on the format of our upcoming DCORs,
FPDAMs, and beyond.  So, I do not think that we are ready to make a
decision.

Frankly, I do not think that Microsoft has paid enough attention 
to MIME.  (See DR 09-0034.)  WG4 should be different.
