DR-08-0012: Proposed Namespace Mapping Table

Greetings,

Here is a PDF file that shows the old strings and what they map to using the PURL URLs that Murata-san provided earlier.

I was conservative in my mapping; that is, there are other URLs which I am currently not proposing be moved to the PURL URLs ( e.g., various examples URLs, OPC URLs, etc. ).  It would be great to gain consensus that I have the correct list.  Once we agree with that, we can start the laborious process of a) changing the strings in the standard, and b) determining what additional text needs to be added/edited/removed ( e.g., in the annex on namespace prefixes, etc. ).
