This web page also provides a link to an HTML version of Rex's 
DR Log document.  This link references to this particular 
DR using a fragment identiifer.  However, in my environment, 
Firefox happily locates this DR, but Internet Explorer 7.0 does 
not.  IE users, does the link work?

You can even use RSS for browsing the DRs.  

I have studied trac and bugzilla.  I now think that the Assembla 
ITS is probably the best for us, since it provides a REST-based 
API for adding tickets and also allows lengthy PDF pages as attachments.
