Subject: Procedures for the DCOR comment disposition
Dear colleagues,
Here is the procedure I intend to use for the DCOR comment disposition.
1) Preparation
- Each MB reviews comments (and DCORs).
In particular, please make sure that comments from your MB
appear in the numbered comment list provided by the project editor.
- The project editor will provide a proposed disposition document.
but will skip contentious comments.
- MBs are requested to provide proposed dispositions of
contentious comments. They came from BR, MY, CH, and
so forth.
2) Paris
- WG4 will review the disposition document proposed by the
project editor
- WG4 will discuss contentious comments. The MB-proposed dispositions
will be used as a basis.
- If possible, finish the comment disposition and send
a recommendation to the SC34 secretariat immediately
after the Paris meeting.
- If WG4 is unable to finish the comment disposition
or willing to wait for the result of the FPDAM
ballots, WG4 will continue comment disposition
in the teleconference after Paris.
Regards,
SC34/WG4 Convenor
