I have a few comments on "5.  Widget URI Scheme".

Work is going on to create the equivalence of pack schemes in the W3C
Web Applications WG and  ODF TC.

>Someone in Germany is working on another scheme for ODF. 

The W3C Web Applications WG has its own URI scheme
(http://www.w3.org/TR/widgets-uri/).  Svante Schubert in Sun Hamburg is
working on another scheme for ODF and contacted Murata.
