Dear colleagues,

The teleconf will start at 13GMT, as shown in the draft agendas.

I am afraid that we are not ready to discuss about DRs today.  Rather, 
I would like to spend some time on the discussion on 
the Relationship between "Transitional" and "Strict".  A discussion
document has been prepared by Alex and other volunteers.

I also would like to know what should be added to the current 
agenda for the Paris meeting.
