Using assembla for 29500 maintenance

I don't believe we made any decisions regarding this work, especially in light of the resource constraints we all share.

Do I understand it correctly that Rex will use his "own" system for his work - and the experts of WG4 will use assembla for our processing? Most interestingly will likely be to use the "comment"-facility of assembla to comment on DRs (tickets).
