A new DR, DR 10-0005

[MURATA Makoto (FAMILY Given)]

This DR is new, but has been already discussed as part of the FPDAM 
comment disposition.  In my understanding, we decided to remove the fix
from the FPDAM and rather wait for the second set of CORs.

I propose to drop everything from 15.2.12.1  Core File Properties Part 
(Part 1) and simply reference to Part 2.  Since this relationship type
is defined in Part 2, Part 1 should simply reference to it without
providing something seemingly normative.  The same thing applies to
15.2.7 Digital Signature Origin Part and 15.2.8  Digital Signature XML 
Signature Part.
